Travis Brooks advises clients on issues related to environmental and natural resources law including mining, land use, and water rights.
Before joining Harrison, Temblador, Hungerford & Johnson, Mr. Brooks worked at a statewide law firm where he advised clients on issues including school site development, construction law, bidding and contracting, and litigation. Prior to that, Travis worked at a mid-sized litigation firm in Oakland where he represented general contractors in a wide range of construction disputes.
Before becoming an attorney, Mr. Brooks clerked with the California Assembly Committee on the Judiciary and worked on political campaigns in Colorado, New York, and Washington D.C.
Travis is licensed to practice in all state courts of California and New York, as well as the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Travis earned his law degree, with great distinction, from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2011. Travis earned his B.A. in political science from Colorado College in 2006.
