Julio Colomba is a litigator and counselor on matters of land use, environmental law, mining, and natural resource development.
Prior to joining Harrison, Temblador, Hungerford & Johnson, Julio was an associate at Murphy, Campbell, Alliston & Quinn where he litigated a broad array of matters on behalf of public entities and private clients in both federal and state court. Prior to that, Julio was an attorney-fellow at Pacific Legal Foundation, where he litigated issues of constitutional law with a focus on environmental law and property rights.
Julio received his J.D. from Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University in 2013 and his B.A. in Philosophy from Dartmouth College in 2007. He is licensed to practice in California and Virginia.
