James Anderson advises clients on environmental issues, primarily focusing on local land use and natural resource development, environmental compliance, recycling, and mining.
Before joining Harrison, Temblador, Hungerford and Johnson, James worked for both local and state government entities where he assisted in water rights and water quality issues. While attending law school, James conducted research on the effect of river systems on political development.
James is licensed to practice in the state courts of California. He earned his law degree from University of California Davis, King Hall School of Law in 2017. James earned a B.A. in History from the University of Santa Cruz in 2012.
