Robin Baral’s practice covers a broad range of land use matters related to regulatory compliance and environmental litigation. Both during and after law school, Robin clerked for the California Department of Justice in the Environment and Land Law sections, where he assisted in litigation on behalf of public sector clients such as the Department of Toxic Substances Control, State Lands Commission, Coastal Commission and other state agencies. Prior to and during law school, Robin worked for a real estate development law corporation in San Francisco, where he aided public institutions, large-scale developers and nonprofit housing organizations with the entitlement process. He also has experience defending lawsuits that arise in connection with development approvals. Robin earned his J.D. from Loyola Law School after graduating from the University of California, Berkeley with a B.A. in Rhetoric.
