Anthony Samson advises public and private sector clients on a wide range of issues relating to Mining, Land Use, Environmental and Natural Resources law. Prior to joining Harrison, Temblador, Hungerford & Johnson, Anthony practiced environmental and tribal law as a Deputy Attorney at the California Department of Transportation, where he provided legal advice to Caltrans regarding a wide variety of state and federal environmental issues. Before Caltrans, Anthony worked in the Office of Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, where he wrote the Governor's policy briefings to prepare the Governor for his meetings, speeches and events. After graduating college and throughout law school, Anthony worked as a Legislative Correspondent in the Office of Congressman Robert Wexler, a Legal Aide for the Land Policy Institute and a Law Clerk for the San Francisco City and District Attorney's Offices. Anthony earned his law degree from Michigan State University College of Law in 2009, where he served as the Articles Editor for the Michigan State Law Review.
